Bat a Bing is the name of the new physical activity exercise I have created through my research and development initiatives. In the video above, you see me performing a Bat a Bing baseball hit or strike using my right hand. I am right handed. The bat I am using for this exercise is the Brooklyn Slammer made by Cold Steel. This bat can only be held my one hand as it is only 19 inches in length. However, it is a hefty bat. It weighs 1.9 pounds. It's made of Polypropylene.
